Gifts Advance Broadcast
Expansion Project
Friends of Coral Ridge
Ministries graciously provided
$900,000 to fund a construction
project that will expand and
enhance the ministry broadcast
production center. While that
amount is well short of the $3.5
million needed to complete the
Building For Eternity project,
this initial support is a
beginning to this much-needed
project.

Medical Doctor to Lead Lobbying
Office
Dr. Walter C. Jones, III,
has been hired to serve as
Government Affairs Analyst at
Liberty’s Voice, the soon-to-be
launched Washington, D.C.,
lobbying office of the Center
for Reclaiming America for
Christ. A medical doctor who
chose a teaching career over
practicing medicine, Dr. Jones
spent seven years teaching high
school before he moved to the
Family Foundation of Kentucky.

toward a comprehensive,

Grassroots Alliance workshop in
Fort Lauderdale.

Workshops
In early June, the Center
kicked off its National
Grassroots Alliance with the
first in a series of regional
grassroots training workshops.
The first workshop, held at
Coral Ridge Presbyterian Church
in Fort Lauderdale, Florida,
focused on how to impact
communities and featured
personal testimonies from
Florida activists.

Schaeffer, discusses the moral
challenge facing America on
Truths That Transform in
still-timely presentations taped
in 1982. The programs air July
11-13. Schaeffer, who influenced
a generation of Christians, said
the real problem we face is not
the symptoms—such as moral
breakdown and legalized
