Teach Your Children Well
This past June, delegates to the Presbyterian Church of America’s annual convention voted down a measure, supported by Dr. Kennedy, urging PCA parents to pull their children out of public schools.
PCA delegates might reconsider if they knew what Bruce Shortt has to say in his book, The Harsh Truth About Public Schoolsmore...

Bryan Had It Right
William Jennings Bryan charged in 1921 that taxpayer-paid science teachers “are undermining the religious faith of students by substituting the belief in Darwinism for the belief in the Bible.” Bryan, a three-time Democratic presidential nominee and former U.S. Secretary of State, led the prosecution at the 1925 Scopes Monkey Trial...   more...

Ideas Have Consequences
The radio talk-show host sounded skeptical. “So to sum up,” she asked me, “you see a direct connection between the scientific view of evolution and just about every instance of genocide in the twentieth century?”
I was talking with Terry Gross, the host of Fresh Air, a National Public Radio broadcast that reaches more than four million people weekly.  more...
