granted access to coralridge.org and affiliated websites (collectively, the
“Site”) you agree to be bound by the terms of use and the terms and conditions
stated below ("Terms and Conditions") and all applicable laws. By accessing and
browsing the Site, you accept, without limitation or qualification, the Terms
and Conditions and acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Coral
Ridge Ministries Media, Inc. (“CRM”) are superseded and are of no force or
effect. We reserve the rights to make any modifications we believe are necessary
at any time, so feel free to review this site at any time. Your continued use of
the Site means that you agree to any such changes.

for your spiritual edification, information, and education.

abide by the Terms of Use above, these Terms and Conditions, and express
statements regarding use in the text of the Site. Subject to those limitations,
CRM authorizes the download of material displayed on the Site only for
non-commercial, personal use. Any other use requires express written permission
of CRM. CRM neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed
on the Site will not infringe rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated

EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PROPERTY ON ACCOUNT OF YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR BROWSING IN
THE SITE OR YOUR DOWNLOADING OF ANY MATERIALS, DATA, TEXT, IMAGES, VIDEO, OR
AUDIO FROM THE SITE.
Any communication or material you transmit to the

suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and
non-proprietary information. Anything you transmit or post may be used by CRM or
its affiliates for any purpose, including, but not limited to, reproduction,

is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any
communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever including, but not
limited to, developing, manufacturing and promoting products using such

Images of people or places displayed on the Site are either
the property of, or used with permission by, CRM The use of these images by you,
or anyone else authorized by you, is prohibited unless specifically permitted by
these Terms and Conditions or specific permission provided elsewhere on the
Site. Any unauthorized use of the images may violate copyright laws, trademark
laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and communications regulations and
statutes.
The trademarks, logos, and service marks (collectively the
"Trademarks") displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Trademarks
of CRM and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as
granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use
any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of CRM or
such third party that may own the Trademarks displayed on the Site. Your misuse
of the Trademarks displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site,
except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You
are also advised that CRM will aggressively enforce its intellectual property
rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal
prosecution where appropriate.
CRM has not reviewed all of the sites
linked to the Site and is not responsible for the content of any off-site pages
or any other sites linked to the Site. Your linking to any other off-site pages
or other sites is at your own risk.
Although CRM may from time to time
monitor or review discussions, chats, postings, transmissions, bulletin boards,
and the like on the Site, CRM is under no obligation to do so and assumes no
responsibility or liability arising from the content of any such locations nor
for any error, defamation, libel, slander, omission, falsehood, obscenity,
pornography, profanity, danger, or inaccuracy contained in any information
within such locations on the Site. You are prohibited from posting or
transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene,
scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that
could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal
offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. CRM will
fully cooperate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting
or directing CRM to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such information
or materials.
Software from this Site is further subject to United
States Export Controls. No software from this Site may be downloaded or exported
(i) into (or to a national or resident of) Cuba, Libya, Iran, Syria, Sudan or
any other country to which the United States has embargoed goods; or (ii) anyone
on the United States Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated
Nationals or the U.S. Commerce Department's Table of Deny Orders. By downloading
or using the software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in,
under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any
such list.
Logging Information: coralridge.org logs anonymous
information each time you visit the site. This information includes: Time and
Date of visit, IP address, host, client (browser type) and the referrer by which
you came to coralridge.org. This information is used strictly for statistical
analysis. This information is NOT shared or sold to any third parties under any
circumstances, the only exception being inquiries by local, state, federal, and
international authorities.
CRM is organized under the laws of the state
of Florida, and these Terms of Use and Terms and Conditions are governed by
Florida law. If any provision of this agreement is unlawful, void or
unenforceable, it will not affect the validity and enforceability of any
